This route was planned by komoot.
This is a beautiful walk in autumn. You'll encounter magnificent mushrooms and colorful leaves on the trees. The first section from the parking lot is uneventful and along a highway, but you soon enter the forest.
I left for a walk in a hurry, with a backpack that was almost empty (no lint, no raincoat...), and of course a heavy rain shower had to alert me. A beautiful, short walk in the Galderse heath, but unfortunately again with flooded parts and soaking wet feet. The last flooded part really didn't feel right anymore. The path was flooded to such an extent that it no longer felt like a path but was part of the fen. Ducks literally swam in front of me, making me feel like an intruder who didn't belong there. Anyway, it's probably due to my stubborn nature, because there were plenty of alternative paths available.
Beautiful route, boardwalk was rightly closed due to winter conditions. Stubbornly walked over ice floes 🙈
