Yes, this is a difficult mountain bike trail, and riders should be prepared for sections where dismounting and pushing your bike may be necessary due to technical challenges or steep inclines. This is particularly true on some of the singletrack and alpine terrain sections.
Absolutely. The route includes significant portions of singletrack, such as the Le Cime Single Trail, which contribute to its difficult rating. These sections require advanced riding skills and good control.
This ride was amazing and tiring 😅, the route was very varied and with very different terrains, from forest roads with non-trivial slopes to also rough descents, from dense woods and panoramic ridges with lots of ups and downs to the Lamaia beach, very wild and to others more touristy, uphill rideable paths where they gave us moments of shade, fun descents and others technical where we didn't have the ability to descend, there was no lack of pushing and pushing the bike on an unrideable path. We crossed a path with cork oaks, obviously a dip 😜
The second climb is a reverse downhill, to be avoided!
From the Enfola campsite through the "Pampa" to Lacona. Some steep uphills with pushing sections. From Lacona a nice trail up to Monte Fonza. Steep here too and some pushing sections. From Monte Tambarone it continued nicely. Trail down, some very messy until you reach the road. On the road back to the campsite
