With the onset of bad weather yesterday I realized that I am stuck here with my bike at the train station "There is no train going to nowhere". After carefully consulting my weather app, I extended my rest days and very much hope that the weather adheres to the specifications of my app. "Life is what happens while you are busy making plans" (John Lennon). Today I first booked a "makeover" on a short hike. Sandblasting is the magic word, creaming no longer helps at my age 😁 I was hoping to encounter the Camargue triad: pink flamingos, white horses and black bulls. Flamingos in the distance, horses only as a guided ride and bulls. . . unfortunately nil. But the sea is wonderful after 2 days of storm, waves, spray and salt in the air, as you know it from the Atlantic. . . and how I love it 😍
