June 8, 2024, Monte Baldo - Statione "San Miguele"

Today we went on a mountain tour on Monte Baldo and down to the "San Miguele" station. Unfortunately it was very foggy up there and on the way down the view of the valley and Lake Garda was also covered in haze and it was not possible to take any good photos. The descent was very difficult because the stones on the path were as smooth as glass because of the rain. Just on slippery ground, 1400 meters above sea level on a route of around 7 km, is very hard on the knees and legs. That's why we took the cable car the rest of the way to Malcesine.

That was a demanding tour with sometimes a lot of leaves on the paths. A great view awaits you at the summit. Tour is definitely worth it. Challenging but doable.

Translated by Google

Beautiful path, which is currently being repaired. Very rocky. You need to be sure-footed. Almost 1600 meters of descent. In 36 degrees, it's hard work.🫠

The cable car up is definitely very popular. The long hatsch to Monte Baldo is not like that. Indicated as demanding but worthwhile by no means understatement. In the end you will be more than rewarded with a fantastic view and a cool drink. The downhill run is another chapter, waiting time 1 hour…. well we would have run once 🤷‍♀️❤️🌹😂

September 22, 2022, Wanderung - schwer!

A super nice tour of Malcesine the trail 22, then 2, 3 and 11. But this is for well-trained hikers. But the view makes up for all the pain 👌

Translated by Google

We ran the tour the other way around in July 2021 (from Monte Baldo to Malcesine). The signage is a joke. Without the phone in hand, you are constantly getting off the route. The classification in the category "difficult" is correct.

Translated by Google

The path is very direct. It is steep the whole way and requires a certain level of fitness. The paths are "paved" with stones for long stretches, which is rather unusual.

Translated by Google

Only recommended if you are in good physical condition and sure-footed
