Trittau Water Mill

In that year, the Austrian master chef Siegmund Leypold and his wife took over the Pirsch-Mühle, which had meanwhile been converted into a restaurant, and subjected it to a thorough renovation. This maintenance and renewal work will continue to the present and probably also in the future. For the benefit of the guests.
Today the Pirsch-Mühle is run as a cozy restaurant with a special focus on fine alpine cuisine. The Pirsch-Mühle has earned an excellent reputation as a stylish setting for more than 1,000 weddings. But the Pirsch-Mühle is also the location of choice for other family and official occasions.
