The traditional Ash Wednesday hike went to Knechtsteden Abbey in Dormagen today.

In the most beautiful hiking weather, 17 hikers, including one guest, set off through the Knechtstedener Busch.

Through the monastery grounds we passed orchards, through a varied marsh landscape in the middle of the beautiful Knechtstedener Busch.
