Beautiful, large sandy beach, regardless of the tides. There's a small playground (consisting of a basket swing, seesaw, slide, and sand).

Here you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze.

October 26, 2021,Borkum 😊 und sein Dschungel 😉
In the south of Borkum, a lot comes together in a compressed form and that was my goal today, an enchanted quarry forest, salt marshes, wetlands and dunes, a very beautiful boardwalk, the coast of course and the whole thing with the conclusion in "Heimliche Liebe" 😊

Today I went to the end of the south beach, then continued along the Loopdeelenweg over the salt marshes to the island forest of Greune Stee and back to the beach. It was particularly beautiful to watch the play of light and clouds and to see the birds, who were not disturbed by the greeting.

Hike through the Greune Stee

Let's set off in good weather – the sun is shining reluctantly, birds are chirping, and the inner demons are having a day off. The Greune Stee on Borkum is calling! A forest that looks like it was cut out of a fairytale book meets a beach that can't decide whether it wants to be …
