Rad-Aktiv Route H7 Simmern: disappointing from an MTB point of view and not recommended. Unless you like federal roads and forest motorways. The only positive thing: the Soonwald is still alive and there hasn't been any clear-cutting by the forest butchers like in the Westerwald
