Not easy.
Good physical condition and sturdy shoes required.
The path consists mainly of boulders, loose rubble and roots. More like climbing than hiking.
The view is phenomenal, but you have to work for it

That was very challenging, 310 meters of elevation gain over one kilometer. But you are rewarded with a really beautiful view. The Langfoss waterfall has a total height of 612 meters.

This one was very dramatic. One person hurt on the gnarly path, Norwegian emergency services called, will she won't she miss the boat back to Blighty. A seriously nasty walk, personally I wouldn't go anywhere near if it's wet.

With a drop of 600 meters, it is one of the largest waterfalls in Norway. We hiked up about 400 meters. That was strenuous enough 😃
Very worthwhile tour despite the difficult paths
