The historic town center of Breisach lies directly behind the minster. In the lower town is the renowned Geldermann sparkling wine cellar. As part of a guided tour with a sparkling wine tasting, you can descend into the cellars of this privately owned winery. Tours take place Monday through Saturday at 2 p.m. (no registration required). From March to October, tours are also offered on Sundays. The tour, including the tasting, lasts approximately one hour and costs five euros per person.

Beautiful tour.

At times, you can smell the fresh strawberries along the way.

Bad Krozingen and the quarry lake are highly recommended.

But the route is also boring at times.
