A strenuous but enjoyable hike. Never seen as many people during a hike. Hike chosen from Komoot site and very good it was too. Keith.

Second time in a month, this time i was leading the hike. The hike included most of our usual group of Bolton H F Number 1 hikers. I also met an old Primary School friend during the hike, had a short chat. I will be leading another hike in a months time. Keith.

It's a good walk plenty of Woods and Moors, the tower is open and you can get right to the very top and the route I took, I reckon would be good all year round
