I tried some routes that Komoot supposedly marked as suitable for MTB, but which I then gave up. If you are in good physical condition, tour by bike: via the main path from Kotor to the Njegoš mausoleum. Atmosphere like in the film Oblivion + mega panorama, with luck to Italy. The way down is a revelation! From Cetinje the way is not so hard. The best tour would be Cetjine - Njegoš Mausoleum - Kotor. There are opportunities to buy water along the route.
Entrance to Lovcen Park costs 2 EUR/nose.

August 20, 2023,LA 07-02: von Stoliv (Bucht von Kotor) nach Cetinje

A highlight for many cyclists is the winding road from the Bay of Kotor up towards Centinje. Set off early, then the road is in the shade and the (full-grown!) tourist buses are not yet struggling to get to the top. (They go up in the morning and then down in the afternoon).
