We walked along a rocky path to Cape Tenaro, the second southernmost point in Europe and the southernmost point on the Greek mainland. The closer we got to the lighthouse, the rockier the path became and the wind blew harder. In some places, surefootedness was required. Right at the lighthouse, it was calm again.

Actually, it wasn't a hike, but a walk, only 5 km there and back. However, I was well equipped with hiking boots and poles. There is hardly any elevation gain, but the ground is not flat.
