Good hike I went clockwise as like to climb first Route was hard to follow at start maybe be easier to see if climbing down Gorge
No matter what way you go there is climbing involved and a very high level of fitness is required
Good footwear also needed Wouldn't recommend trainers

I strongly recommend starting with the climb up the Roza Gorge and then going back down the Empasa Gorge.

Danger! Some paths run in the middle of nowhere. Therefore, at kilometer 1.22 (enclosure with free-roaming pigs) take the right path! Otherwise, a very nice sporty tour and the Elias tavern at the end of the tour is highly recommended 👍
