Again to the Hakenkrümme and further along the Schwarzwasser to Brethaus and back on the opposite side.
Nature in so many facets: blue and green shimmering water, countless dragonflies, butterflies and birdsong everywhere - and since it was quite cool and shady along the water, the tour is highly recommended at summer temperatures.👍

Today, after a long time, I walked along the Schwarzwasser again. It's amazing how the renaturation is progressing here at the Hakenkrümme. I encountered many animals: frogs, dragonflies, butterflies, etc. What impressed me most was the blue dragonflies' fluttering – simply fascinating. I've never seen so many at once.

Todays hike was a short one after I arrived in Aue. Why am I here? I never would have known it existed, but I found an appointment for a citizenship test here (Berlin is impossible!) and now I’ll wait another two ish months for the results!!
