This morning the whole Schönbuch forest was white ❄️❄️❄️😍 but correspondingly slippery 😜 it was up to the tower 🗼 the castle hill and the town also had a wintry feel. 😍😍😍

Start at the Nature 🍄‍🟫 Freundehaus parking lot, climb up to the Schönbuch 🗼 for sunrise, and return to Herrenberg via the Schloss 🏰 mountain. On the way back, follow the Animal Adventure Trail.

Nice trip with my "girls" from the meeting point Kemnat.
We started from the forest cemetery above Herrenberg. Then climb the Schönbuchturm (terrific view) and then through the forest past various viewpoints to the Schlossberg down to the Martplatz.
The Friends of Nature House and the gastronomy on the market square are recommended for a stop.

Only done something in Kuppingen, and of course visited the Kuppinger Mond 🤩 on to Herrenberg, and somehow just decided to walk to the Schönbuchturm and back ☺️
Herrenberg simply has great half-timbered houses, but almost extinct 🤷 ♀️ and a lot of shops are empty or only open by the hour 🙈

The Schönbuchturm is currently open from sunrise to sunset.
