Very nice round on the edge of the High Tatras.
Parking fees in Prosiek are 3€. That's acceptable.
The path leads through the shady valley of a stream (Prosiecka Dolina). In the back there are two ladders to climb. The views very impressive. On the way you can make a detour to a waterfall.
