We parked at the salt works in Rheine and then walked a nice lap in the direction of Salzbergen. For the first time in 6 weeks not only asphalt. It's more strenuous for Thomas on uneven ground, but it's doable. It was really nice again and the weather showed itself from its best side. Pure sunshine!!!

Started with drizzle, in between it was dry, but in the end it was drizzle again. It went from Holsten towards Bentlage. Over varied paths, sometimes directly along the Ems, but also through forest and across fields. A nice tour despite the bad weather.
