The Weidenhäuser Bridge is the oldest Lahn bridge in the central Hessian city of Marburg. The first stone bridge over the Lahn stood at this point as early as the middle of the 13th century. Spiegelslust Tower (Kaiser Wilhelm Tower), Marburg

From the 1830s it was called "Spiegelslust", because Werner Freiherr von Spiegel zum Desenberg built a pavilion here, which soon became a popular destination. After some back and forth, a long search for a location and even longer discussions, today's tower was inaugurated in 1890 and has been called the "Kaiser Wilhelm Tower" ever since.

But what endures and does not change constantly is the magnificent view from up here: At the highest point in Marburg you have an enchanting view over the city and the surrounding area.
