Forsthaus Aurora

Aurora is 495 meters above sea level. NHN in Spessart on the edge of the Fürstlich Löwensteinschen Park. The wasteland is located in a clearing on the mountain saddle of the Dreßlingkopf and the cloister dome, between the valleys of Hafenlohr and Neuhöllbrunnbach.
The Forsthaus Aurora was built in the years 1817 to 1819 under Prince Carl zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg as part of the fence construction for the Löwensteinschen Wildpark.
On Sundays and public holidays, guests are served from 11 am to 6 pm in the Forsthaus. The menu offers simple, regional dishes.

Mariabuchen Pilgrimage Church
