The hike offers alternating rather easy stretches (sturdy shoes are still advisable because of the gravel) but also craggy sections where you have to be quite sure-footed. At one point you walk through a narrow crevice, so pull in your stomach and remove your luggage if necessary, otherwise it will be tight ;-)
