Nice when you have such a great 🥾 area (almost) directly in front of the office door. Immediately after work, let the wind blow away the office smell of the week, enjoyed the sun, left out the urge to move... and completely relaxed into the WE 😊

The Berkelaue II nature reserve is located in the area of the towns of Stadtlohn and Vreden in the Borken district of North Rhine-Westphalia.

The starting point is a free parking lot in Stadtlohn, which is ideally located right next to a bakery (keyword "travel provisions" 😉).

The tour is from the book Hikes for the Soul by Jutta Küdde. Highly recommended. It starts in Stadtlohn on a parking lot at the cemetery (Lessingstrasse 41). 800 meters before the end, the technology failed. But you just have to walk around the cemetery to get to the car. Nice tour through the Berkelaue.
