A nice tour for hiking, but not recommended for running. Very narrow paths, uneven and criss-crossed by roots for a distance of approx. 8-9 km. In addition, shrubs, bushes and grass grow in the path from both sides, making the roots and holes difficult or impossible to see. The risk of injury (spraining) is very high here.
