Musicians' Fountain at the New Market, Ettlingen

The Musikantenbrunnen owes its name to three figures from whose instruments the water splashes. The figures are placed back to back and play the instruments saxophone, French horn and flute. The installation of this fountain took place in the course of the campaign of Mayor Dr. Erwin Vetter "Ettlingen - City of Fountains", early to mid 1980s. Ettlingen should get more fountains again. The fountains removed in the 1950s and 1960s were replaced with new ones.
