In wonderful hiking weather, we explored the Rochusberg, a 47-hectare mountain located within the Bingen city forest. We were surprised by the many nature trails and the views: the Niederwald Monument with Germania in the Rheingau, the Nahe estuary, the Mäuseturm (Mouse Tower), the Kaiser-Friedrich-Turm (Emperor's Tower), the Rochus Chapel, and, of course, the Rhine.
