Despite the bad weather forecast, we ventured out on a tour; because - nothing ventured, nothing gained. And - we won: A wonderful trip in the best hiking weather with great highlights 😃👍

Magnificent walk located between the towns of Sapois and Gerbamont. Departure from the Bouchot route (parking) with Bouchot jump (28 meter waterfall) nearby.
The Mettey balcony offers a panoramic view of the Moselotte valley. Picnic table on site, made from a tree uprooted by the 1999 storm.
Easy to access, no particular difficulty.
