Loče pri Tolminu World War I Soldiers' Cemetery

"The Austro-Hungarian cemetery was established in 1916 for those who died in the fighting between Vodel and Krn. Among them were German and Italian soldiers who were excavated in 1938 in the German ossuary near Tolmin and the Italian ossuary in Oslavje. The graves in the cemetery are included Concrete tombstones, gravestones and iron crosses. In the middle of the cemetery there is a pyramid-shaped monument. It is dedicated to the fallen soldiers of the 30th Infantry Regiment of the Imperial and Royal Army (KuK IR No. 30). About 3,300 fallen soldiers rest in the cemetery.
