A beautiful autumn day 🍄‍🟫🍁🍂 for hiking today. I had hoped for a little more from the mining trail, though. Most of the time there were only signs there to read. Some had also been completely removed, the posts had unfortunately been sawn off. 🤔🤷‍♀️

Today another tour on Freiberg's mining history: this time the historic mining area "Hüttenwald" near Weißenborn. Mining has long been over here, precisely since 1857. Without signage, you wouldn't even recognize many of the mining relics. But the signage is good.
Important note: the first 300m is an overgrown nettle path. Definitely avoid it, it's better to walk the stretch …
