Today's 7th stage of our cycling trip took us to Waldshut along the Upper Rhine.

Fortunately, we soon left the hectic morning madness of Basel's bicycle commuters behind us.

The route took us sometimes directly along the picturesque Upper Rhine, sometimes a little off the beaten track, then with one or two short, steep climbs.
