Very watery tour, sometimes a direct water crossing is necessary.

Beautiful loop from a small hiker's car park in Grassau. The waterfall and the other watercourse are very pleasant companions and beautiful to look at. The steep climb after the waterfall is sometimes very slippery after rainy weather. Hefteralm and Rachelalm invite you to stop for a break and make the hike perfect. We also came across two fire salamanders.

The ascent at the beginning after the waterfall is not easy and in the spring it is very muddy and slippery under the leaves.

From the Kucheln hiking car park in Grassau 🅿 via a great hiking trail to the Rottau waterfall, then a bit back and then on to the Hefter Alm. I missed the path for a moment, but didn't want to go back, so I had to do a small climb by crossing the mountain stream. There were hardly any hikers …

A small family farewell round🌱🌱🌱☀️
On the short route, we walk through lush wild garlic fields, past small waterfalls, and have beautiful views of the mountains. If the Hefteralm opens again now, the round will be perfect🥰

A beautiful hike with some strenuous climbs and slippery paths. Sturdy, non-slip shoes are therefore essential.
At the beginning of the tour, the former engine house invites you to take a quick visit; there is also an exciting museum right next door.
The Grießbach Waterfall is a perfect place for a snack or to relax.
When the water level is …
