Nice little ride to test my legs and slowly regain my tone after the extended break for holidays. Towards Mozzanica still plants across the path, vice versa towards Seriate everything is smooth as silk.

When I have to work off the previous efforts, the ride on the Serio towards the park oasis is relaxing and healthy. The only drawback, during the return between Malpaga and Ghisalba, a girl with a gravel bike mortified me, passing me nonchalantly.
