Saracen Tower of Joppolo

Highlight • Monument

The tower is in total abandonment, which is a shame. The view over Joppolo Bay and Sicily is a bewitching, spectacular place

August 4, 2025,Joppolo - Torre di Joppolo 🇮🇹

To kill some time, we quickly head to the Torre. The weather is getting bad, and it starts to rain on the tower. Then, suddenly, the sun comes out again. Just before the hotel, the heavy rain starts again. We get soaking wet again in the last 50 meters.
