1st time doing this route today. To say I found the The 1st 5mi difficult was an understatement. Once I reached the summit of Red Pike, there was only approx 100-200m visibility. Which continued all the way until the decent of High Crag. With no one around and having to constantly look at navigation to keep on the right path. …
