I can absolutely recommend this bike tour. It leads on beautiful cycle paths through the Kahlgrund. Along the way there is a great place to stop for a break in the Dörsthof beer garden, which is beautifully located outside of Michelbach (closed days Monday and Tuesday, otherwise open at lunchtime and in the evening).
