Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus
It was founded in the 15th century by the Borks. Throughout the centuries of existence, it was often plagued by fires. After war damage, it was rebuilt in 1949 thanks to the personal efforts of the parish priest, Władysław Faron. The presbytery is decorated with three contemporary altars. There are frescoes from 1969 under the windows of the main nave. High above the rood arch, there is a medieval crucifix found during the reconstruction of the church. From the west side, a three-story tower made of erratic boulders was added to the nave in 1831, with neo-Gothic features, topped with an octagonal cupola.

Lapidarium in Łobez

The lapidarium in Łobez was established in the early 1990s together with the Wall of Remembrance "For those who lived on this earth". The initiators of its creation were Lidia Lalak-Szawiel and Czesław Szawiel, who systematically placed fragments of tombstones from the former German cemetery in one place in front of the gate of the present cemetery. The lapidarium is dedicated to the memory of the former inhabitants of the town of Łobez (Labes). In memory of 208 inhabitants of Łobez who died in World War I, in memory of those who died in World War II and in memory of those from 1945-47 during the displacement. In 2018, the total number of victims of World War II and the period of displacement (1939-47) in Łobez was determined by Siegfried Hannemann, verifying earlier findings, 845 people. The total number of Łobez victims of both wars (World War I 1914-1918 + World War II 1939-1945) and the period of displacement (1945-1947) is 1053 people (569 soldiers and 484 civilians).
