There is a beautiful varied route. We started at the parking lot of the nature camping area of the Leenderbos state forestry service.

We had a coffee stop at Boscafé De Soete Inval in Someren.

This route is definitely recommended.
You could also start at the Achelse Vault, which is also the official starting location of the Plug-Plug gravel ride.

⛪️ Great day today with start and finish at the great abbey of Hamont-Achel, on the border of NL-BE, near Valkenswaard. At the start there was a border post (176). After about 1.5 hours it was time to feast, not only on the beautiful route but also on the pancakes at rest stop 1.
