Atlantic Dunes Park is an elevated, wooded park that has shelters, beach access, and an overall serene beach experience. One of the most unique features is this park has "surf chairs" that are like wheel chairs for the beach, so those physically challenged can still enjoy what most take for granted.

Spanish River Park

Spanish River Park is a full service park with grills, nature trails, bird observation areas, restrooms, and many sports courts.

There is also a Bark Park located on the beach between lifeguard towers 18 and 20 allows your furry friend to enjoy the ocean! In order for the city of Boca Raton to be able to facilitate this, there are specific rules including permits needing to be purchased for each dog ($15-$210), leash rules, dog behavior, and more. Gumbo Limbo Nature center offers sea turtle summer camps, turtle walks, hatchling release observations, and free outdoor marine feedings! Admission is free (but donations are happily accepted)! Their indoor aquatic tanks allow you to get up close to many different species. Please check the status of the turtles prior to visiting to ensure you arrive on a day they are accessible to the public.
