Today we went on a somewhat depressing tour in brilliant weather.

From Vierville-sur-Mer we walked along Omaha Beach to the American military cemetery near Colleville. The sight of the thousands of crosses leaves you speechless and is incredibly sad 😢
So many people had to die to put an end to the insane Nazi regime.
