June 28, 2025,Tour de Ruhr von Sundwig mit dem Hardtail

Given the temperatures, we went topless today. It was a very nice ride. El Toro at Seilersee is finished and looks really inviting. In Menden, we treated ourselves to an ice cream to replenish some carbohydrates 😋
Just a side note: I've also been really enjoying my old organic hardtail again. It rides great even off the training bike 😅

Cycle along the Hönne and the Ruhr, sometimes short trails, partly through smaller and larger towns such as Menden, Iserlohn and Hemer. Some beautiful views and views, the highlight being of course the Felsenweg trail above Iserlohn. It's worth driving up there.
