It makes a lot of sense to take your bike with you on the train. If there is another overhead line damage, you can easily bypass the blocked route. And let's be honest - cycling in the (drizzle) rain when darkness falls is a special experience. Especially when you can save 55 cents on tickets.

From Eberswalde, @tr, @Kathrin, and I cycle along the Finow Canal to Finowfurt. From there, we head into the Biesenthaler Becken. We cross the Finow via the Pöhlitzbrücke and reach the Wehrmühle.
