Finally, we were off on a hike again with our hiking friends.

We drove to Hohenweststedt to the Aukrug Nature Reserve.

From the parking lot, the 15 of us set off on our hike.

In glorious winter weather, we made our way along frozen paths through the hilly forest and heathland.

Passing the fish ponds, we reached Meetzen.
