Cucuruzzu and Capula

If you walk through the magical forest of Cucuruzzu and its rustic paths, you will discover countless moss-covered rocks which have merged with the trees to form a single entity.

The trees grow out of the rocks, around the rocks and between the rocks. It seems as if time has stood still.

The first settlers of Corsica lived here and laid each stone on top of the other... now a fairytale forest with lots of moss, ruscus and two 150-year-old pines... it's a bit scrambling in between... but very worthwhile.
