...around the blue lake :-) ...from the dam on small, rocky hiking trails uphill to Forte Roncia...then steeply downhill to the road and along the lake to Forte Varisello...

Beautiful trip around the artificial lake with autumn colors and magnificent views. Challenging but fun trail, even if a little exposed, descending from Fort de Ronce, returning to the base on a quiet dirt road, with wonderful views and panoramas.
