Actually a very nice MTB/trekking bike route. Lots of uphill, but also flat terrain to rest on. The absolute highlight was using the narrow path with roots and stones in Nohn after the waterfalls, but the single trail that goes up into the forest on the right just after the bridge is also quite challenging.
