After our factory tour at Posch this morning and returning to the hotel shortly after noon, we decided to hike and explore another gorge, the Altbachklamm. It was a shorter hike than the Heiligengeistklamm, but the climb in the final third of the Altbachklamm was quite challenging. Nevertheless, it was a beautiful and highly recommended hike.

The 900th komoot tour today led through the Altenbach Gorge. At the beginning, the trail seems rather easy. However, from the first exit point, the tour becomes more challenging. 18 bridges lead over the Altenbach stream, including a suspension bridge in the final third of the tour.

It was very windy but it was a very nice hike in the gorge.

Heart, what do you want more.

A leisurely hike through the gorge. After the 1st part and after the 2nd part you can "get out" and go back on a paved path. The third part will be a bit steeper, but overall not very strenuous. Well secured with numerous bridges, no climbing and also recommended for children.
