Beautiful tour to the caves and waterfalls near Buñol. I recommend packing swimming trunks 🩳 and a bikini 👙, as there are two good ways to cool off, which you definitely need when the sun is shining.

March 13, 2022,ESP - Exploring further around Valencia

Last tour around Valencia’s mountains ⛰ before heading back to Brussels next weekend. A nice surprise that the city, located on the beach and seaside, is surrounded by mountains up to 1500m.

You can feel that it did not rain for ages as the surface is very dry and the rivers are only small steams.

Another route that pleasantly surprised us. The Juanes had a lot of water (in fact, the path that leads to Cueva Turche was destroyed after the last rains, as was the picnic area). The Cueva de la Paloma with its waterfall is amazing too.

Unfortunately some sights on this tour were devastated by the recent storm (March 22). A section at the Cueva Turche is closed and otherwise we could not follow the original tour.
