Vyshary reservoir, rest area with shelter

Highlight • Rest Area

Officially, this isn't a designated camping area. Although a chat at the forester's lodge, just beyond the fence, might help. The shelter is situated above the beautiful Wyżary reservoir. Nearby, "behind the footbridges," there's a gallery of forest sculptures.

I also caution against camping there with combustion-engined vehicles. The forest guard has been strictly enforcing the no-entry signs for several years now. I've seen cars stopped more than once.
