A pleasant and not very tiring circular tour from Barisciano to the Monte Selva refuge, done in autumn. Beautiful views of Pizzo Cefalone, Corno Grande and the Navelli plain. Interesting stop (on the way out) at the botanical garden of the San Colombo hotel.
