After overcoming the Puy Mary and a wonderful descent, the Auberge d`Aijean is halfway down the "downhill run" near Gandilhon, a beautifully renovated farmstead, very tastefully furnished, with a fantastic garden (unobstructed view up to Puy Mary and down into the valley) and a very good menu for dinner.
