Today I tested out the brand-new "Bänkelches Weg hiking route." It's ideal for a short stroll, and the fantastic view from the Rhine terraces was truly breathtaking. The trail is well signposted and has a few benches for resting. The only drawback: the signs only go clockwise, not the other way around.

Quite a nice circular route, but I missed some of the highlights, especially the benches from which the circular route presumably gets its name, but maybe those will come later.

But for a pleasant evening stroll, it's definitely worth a detour ;)
